1.直接与上级领导沟通并汇报影响客户服务和酒店运作的事宜;
Communicate directly with superior leaders and report issues affecting customer service and hotel operation;
2.督导下属部门主管,委派工作任务,明确岗位责任,调整工作部署;
Supervise the subordinates, assign tasks, define responsibilities and adjust work deployment;
3.与兄弟部门配合快速处理客户投诉,使客人在酒店得到被重视的感觉;
Cooperate with the brother department to deal with customer complaints quickly, and make the guests feel valued in the hotel;
4.支持并协助MOD做好酒店设施设备及安全卫生的日常检查工作;
Support and assist MOD to carry out daily inspection of hotel facilities and equipment and safety and hygiene;
5.对重要贵宾及领导做好迎送准备工作;
Prepare for important vips and leaders;
6.协助更高一层的领导处理突发事件。
Assist higher level leaders in handling emergencies.
